I can stillremember the days when I’d spend a small fortune on expensive planners and calendars throughout the year, only to barely use them. Back in the day, Staples was myfavorite store—if there was a planner aisle, you could find me there!

I dabbled in systems like Franklin Covey and countless others, but they either didn’t work for me or left me completely overwhelmed. The worst part? My struggle wasn’t just about finding the “right” planner—it was about building the habit of planning and visioning. Motivation was always the missing piece, and that made conquering my goals feel impossible.

Then one day, I decided to ditch the rules and create my own planning system, one that aligned with my style, my needs, and my life. Everything changed. A part of me that had been buried under frustration and indecision was finally set free. Planning became a joy, not a chore, and my goals began to feel achievable—on my terms.

Here are just a few of the problems I solved planning on my own terms!

1- I get bored easily, I change things up daily, weekly, monthly or as needed, without overwhelming myself

2- The cookie cutter planner never worked for my ADHD brain, I combined a few of my favorites and viola!

3- Out of sight, out of mind became expensive, not anymore, thanks to digital planning!
